9:45 a.m.  – 10:45 a.m. Panel Discussion: Special Event Planning from a Risk, Safety, Security and Liability perspective.

10:45 – 11:00 a.m. Break

11 – 12:00 pm. Special Events: Real-life Scenarios, Solutions, and Lessons Learned.
12 - 1:00 p.m. Boxed Lunch and Adjourn
